The challenge
The hotel had to refurbish 120 rooms between two seasons, with one supplier for furniture, lighting and textiles and a fixed opening date.
Our solution
We planned deliveries floor by floor, pre-assembled furniture in our warehouse and kept a reserve stock for last-minute changes. The last room was ready a week early.
